our recommended path

1. Test your knowledge

Check what you know. Start with five quick questions. See where you're strong and what to brush up on before you dive into the cases.
Sample quiz question with text: 1, according to Hypertension Canada, what is the treatment target for patients? Options: <130/80 mmHg, <140/90 mmHg, Systolic blood pressure <130 mmHg, and Systolic blood pressure <140 mmHg.

2. Use our tools

Take it into practice. Download flashcards and infographics built on Canadian guidelines. Use them at the counter, in clinic, or with your patients.
Managing Hypertension infographic page 1, covering when to start drug therapy, starting low-dose combination therapy, and adding a 3rd drug.
Managing hypertension infographic page 2, covering when to measure blood pressure, monitoring for side effects, and special situations.

3. Practice your decision-making

Practise real decisions. Step into five-minute cases from real practice. Make the call, get clear feedback, and see how your peers decided.
